The Kennebunkport Festival officially marks the kick-off of summer in Maine, bringing loads of exciting events to town. With a focus on the finest things in life, including food, wines and spirits, and stunning artwork, this festival brings loads of exciting events to Kennebunkport.

In addition to enjoying incredible artwork all around the community (including the display of historic American architecture), some of my personal favorite events center around food – of course! This year, instead of a Grand Tasting, the Kennebunkport Festival will feature a Grand Tapas event, with food and beverage vendors of the highest quality at David’s KPT – a gorgeous setting for what is sure to be an equally incredible assortment of nibbles and noshes. In the evenings, visitors can take part in any number of “After Party” events, held at some of the hippest spots around Kennebunkport. And one of the best parts about sampling some locally crafted adult beverages is that they are just a hop, skip, and jump from our Kennebunkport Bed and Breakfast!
On Saturday, let local musicians serenade you with great live music at “Brews and Tunes,” held on the town Green, just a block away! But before you head over to sip some beers and nosh on burgers and bar food, don’t miss the Historic Inns of Kennebunkport’s Garden Party. This progressive afternoon affair lets visitors experience the ambience of all the historic inns in person and sample their favorite treats. We’ll be whipping up loads of Whoopie Pies just for the occasion! No matter how you choose to celebrate,this year’s Kennebunkport Festival is sure to be a smash hit, and we’re so proud to be a part of it!
